They are not structural engineers, or plumber, or roofers etc. I just bought a house 2.5 months ago. I had an home inspection done by Home inspections and more out of Snellville Georgia. To make a long story short he inspected the roof, told me the roof had 5 to seven years left. month into living a leak showed up on the ceiling. I called the realistate, he told me not to worry it is just a shingle lifting up. I believed him, not long after that three more leaks appeared. Now I am after the home inspector, I called and ask him how he inspects the roof. After he told me I told hime that I have four leaks, he said,” I AM NOT A ROOFER!!!!.” wHAT THE HELL AM i SUPPOSE TO DO.
